I've had a pretty good experience with Dr. Hugo Caballero. The staff is typically super friendly. it's a clean and nice environment. The 5 Stars in this review, though, are literally for Carmen and Isabella. They assist my mother with her Medical Exam for immigration and everything came out great. Overall I've had some pretty rough luck in general with finding doctors who don't minimize or blow off my concerns, and Dr. Caballero and his staff has just completely turned that around for me. they are quick, efficient, friendly,... read more
I have been going here for years however In maybe the last 2 years it's been very hard to get test results back nobody calls no mail or anything. Trying to get the nurses or medical assistants (that's half the problem) to return calls or call in medicine is very difficult if you don't keep calling or be persistent about getting blood work results back you will never receive them. Erin is the absolute best I wish she would go to another practice because this one is going down hill fast
