This office completely dropped the ball on my poor momma. She’s in her seventies, had a hernia that was making it impossible to digest food and she was loosing weight very rapidly. This office never would fax her procedure results to the surgeon. She called a secretary (name starts with R) and was told that those records were sent elsewhere and that my poor sick mom should have to call and chase them down. Her surgeon ended up informing her that they never received her records from Villarreal. So sad but at least the surgery... read more
