Bad experience! I scheduled a first time visit and had to wait almost 2 months for an appointment only for them to call the week before to tell me she’s not available. And the next morning appointment wasn’t until September! I could have seen another doctor in this timeframe instead of waiting two months for them to cancel. Beware when you book! Delay of care is not a good look!
Went for a future app scheduling n got seen this morning by Alexis and her side kick. Again greeted with a welcoming handshake. Very pleased with all of you there. I love Rouses, publix, n premier derm ha. Thank you all for being so nice n pro
Always a great visit
I went to them about my neck breaking out and all they told me that it was an allergic reaction to something I was putting on my skin and that wasn’t the case at all it was eczema they did nothing to help me with my skin at all and took no time rushing me out of the office with just a paper with things that could help that didn’t help at all.
