Great doctor. Helped with my son when he was already filled with patients still took him in qnd helped him when he needed the doctor help due to a bad cough. He prescribed him medication that is helping alot. Thank you Doctor Hughes and the staff that works there too. Thank you.
Poor service. They don’t care about people. The receptionist was very rude. I arrived at 6 pm with ab anaphylactic reaction and she told me that they work ONLY until 7pm and they have patients waiting. They should said then they close at 6 pm instead of 7 pm. She sent me to a hospital even that I told her it was an emergency and I could have and anaphylactic shock!! The worst customer care ever!!!
Absolutely disgusting excuse for a doctor. I am so disgusted by the policies here and the way they treat their patients that have been with him since he was in a crappy tiny building in Lorette. My senior mother has been with Dr. Hughes for over 30 years and he just drops her like nothing because she hasn't been there in awhile. I'm sorry, shall we plug up the system after ever sniffle? She did not get any notification or anything, just cut loose and given a "too bad for you" when she has a health concern arise.
Dr Hughes is fine but whoever is working at the receptionist desk has a clear attitude problem. I hadn’t been in a couple years and asked if it was the same protocols and she treated me like I was entitled and stupid. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
