Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
