Went on my lunch break. Went to rinse my car to start my car wash and the water came out of the hose, and the base of the nozzle. I am soaked, head to toe. Had to leave, and GO BACK TO WORK! Giant crater in the driveway with no way to get around. Awful experience.
Absolute worst you wash in western New York. Never works and they don't call you back to return you're money
This car wash has lost credibility. Three of the car washing bays don't work, and the vacuums are practically useless. They haven't fixed this problem in five months—how disappointing!
I'm sorry but I expect the place to be busy but does the owner? Can't have that many bays and only half working. No regular maintenance so when it's freezing cold out, you may wanna consider putting salt down or removing the ice. Was careful but slipped a few times. The potholes in the driveway in and out need maintenance immediately. The hoses do what you expect it that's about it for this place.
