I would leave a review, but these people won't even let me set an appointment so that I can have a bad experience like everyone else nor will they get back to me at all. My referral was faxed over a week ago.
Dr Lydia Cortes Betancourt was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my symptoms. She was very attentive and really listened to what I was saying. My visit went so well a family member is now also her patient.
I have lupus and autoimmune hepatitis, this was diagnosed at OSU a decade ago. I got the coronavirus, when I called for a post COVID checkup I was told she doesn't need to see me until my next appointment which isn't for a month and a half.... Am I the only one thinking she could care less??
Does not keep appointments, was told I didn't have arthritis, had to go elsewhere to get proper diagnosis.
