I'm a new patient of Dr. Lu. She is very knowledgeable, and good at explaining and educating my wife and I about my illness. I was seeing another kidney doctor before, but my kidney condition rapidly deteriorated during the past year, and my former kidney doctor didn't do anything about it. Now Dr. Lu is helping me, she ordered diagnostic tests, and is actively treating my condition. My wife and I wished we came to Dr. Lu sooner.
Dr. Lu who works in Dr Fangs office treated me terribly. She was unprepared for my annual exam. She didn’t know any of my issues and ordered unneeded tests. Next I needed a new script for conjunctivitis. She was the oncall doctor. I called her numerous times starting at 8:30 am. The spineless doctor called the answering service at 2:30 pm instead of me and told them to tell me wait til the office is open or go to the ER. WTF! Go to the ER for conjunctivitis?
