Doctor Lieu is the best doctor I’ve had. She is so professional, kind and she replies messages. I feel so lucky to be treated by her.
Do not recommend her at all. She does not care about her patients. You are just an appointment to her and she is disconnected. Dr. Lieu is very disrespectful of her patient's time, making them wait for unreasonably long periods of time before being seen, and occasionally telling patients, after arrival, that their confirmed appointments will not be honored. I am questioning NYU's hiring practices.
Do not recommend. Completely dismissive of my health concerns and no help at all for my ongoing conditions. So glad I went to someone else.
I will not be trusting my reproductive organs to a doctor who is inconsiderate of her patients time and health! New patients steer clear of Dr. Hsiao Mei Lieu as she has no regard for your time. I arrived at the office for my confirmed visit on time. I was told I could checkin automatically. The receptionist informed me I was 30 mins late which I was not and I showed her my confirmation email.
