Paid $400 to have Dr. Hrair tell me that my throat is red. No solutions or treatment or anything. Just stuck a tube down my throat to reiterate what I already knew, that I have throat issues! Nothing about preventative measures. He mentioned I have a deviated septum but offered no solution. Saw me for maybe 7 minutes in total while the staff in the main lobby were preoccupied and rude as can be. Since then I’ve had the same issues with my breathing and throat pain. Thanks to doctor Koutnouyan. First doctor who listened my complaints about tinnitus didn’t answer nothing con be done…

After a 5 minute superficial examination for dizziness, Dr. Koutnouyan said: 'There's nothing I can put in your ear or take out of your ear to improve your problem. Buy a cane, or a walker.'
