Dr. H.P Langner has been so informative, he asks great questions to allow me to be honest and speak about what I’m feeling, and he really lets the patient drive the conversation! He allows me to talk as long as I need to, and he knows what I struggle with, so he can best help me with whatever I am going through! My first time being able to see a psychiatrist since I was a child and let me say every staff member that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, whether front desk (Tina is so sweet) to Dr. Langner are super helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and the list could go on! Dr. H.P.Langner (St.Charles, Il.) is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He is the only psychiatrist who has listened to me and understood my problems, which were serious depression and anxiety to the point of panic disorders. Since seeing him I have not had an ER emergency due to panic attacks. I understand myself better with his psychotherapy and informed intelligent prescriptions. I would recommend him to anyone who wants help with self-esteem or psychiatric disorders. Thank you Dr. LANGNER!
Initially, I came to Dr. Langner in regards to medication regarding my anxiety. My prior doctors would fiddle around with my doses without really taking the time for in person meetings. Granted, I usually work 12 hours a day so it’s really hard to be able to get in with a doctor regularly. I fortunately took a chance searched for a new dr who could be available. This man shouldn't be practicing! My 2nd visit with him today, he supposedly didn't remember our 1st appointment in person about 3 weeks ago. This appointment was on the phone when I specifically asked for a video telehealth appointment, the receptionist said he was going to call from his personal cell phone. Why would he do that, you call from your business phone for a "phone" appointment. He forgot that i "snapped" 5yrs ago and unknowingly attempted suicide, and that I was in ICU for 7 days with respiratory failure. How co... read more
