a terrible person. Who brought this guy up? Not a nice bedside manner.
Dr. Howard Silcoff is a loser. My family and I have waited over 2 months for my sister's autopsy and Dr. Silcoff seems to be the only person in Ithaca who you can speak to regarding a loved ones autopsy results. He sat for 3 days with my sister's papers and did not have the decency or courtesy to call me or my family to explain the results to us. Never waited less than an hour, didn't fill out immunization card, was a pain in the ass about providing immunization records for immunizations received at his office..not to mention misdiagnosed me with high blood pressure. I recommend finding any other doctor in the Ithaca area, they couldn't possibly be worse.
