I went to an urgent care on 5/18/26 for ear pain. They referred me to Dr Boey. I called the next day to schedule an appointment. I was greeted by the most unfriendly person you could imagine. She then asked for my name, DOB, phone #, email, etc. After getting my information she asked me which location I wanted to go to; Middletown, Cheshire, Guilford, or New Haven. I was told by the urgent care that Dr. Boey is in Meriden. I picked Middletown. She said that Middletown is booking out into August. I then picked Cheshire. Same.... read more
Refused to be looked at because I did not have insurance. Get rid of these people, do not support this business. They demanded a $300 deposit just to walk in the door. And then they told me to go to a clinic after Mid-State already reserved the spot for me.
Dr. Boey was recommended by my Gynecologist. He's very attentive and knowledgeable. He does not just give out prescription for drugs; he's very thorough and cautious and explains all options.I feel very safe and comfortable with Dr. Boey.
