I drove from Lasalle to Wheatley to Chatham for my dad to see Dr. Van. He wasn’t in so they couldn’t do the procedure. Dad was re-scheduled for next month. No apologies were made for driving 4 hrs for nothing. It also took 25 min for receptionist to reschedule his next apt. Dad almost passed out in waiting area and he was so upset about it he was sick in my car.

My husband had been to the office once, last year, they scheduled for him to return December 2025. Receptionist called him to change date of appointment to Decemebr 2nd, he called last week to confirm date and time. She told him 12:15 Monday December 2nd. I told my husband to call them back early Friday morning last week and check to make sure it was Monday or the Tuesday the 2nd. Dr Van is fine. His practice is run very slowly. Expect to wait at least an hour.
