I had an emergency with my chipped tooth and Dr Libstug took me in and fixed the tooth right away. He and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful office and clean! My tooth looks beautiful! I was very impressed with his office. Will switch over my family to them!
My family has been going to Dr. Libstug's dental practice for over 30 years. We love and admire him dearly. Recently, the dental office has been under new management, since this change I have been amazed by the customer service (and not in a good way). My parents (not me) received a call from the office at 7:30pm last night. When I arrived for my appointment today, their staff let me wait for 10 mins only to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because "I failed to call the office back to confirm my appointment". I've been using this dentist for a few years and they have been very helpful. They give good advice and are professional.
I used to be very afraid of the dentist, but after I began to go to Dr. Libstug, he helped me overcome my fear. He is gentle in his work and words, and treats all of his patients like they were his friends. I am now totally fine with the dentist.
