This place sent me a "late notice" letter 6 months after I went for a visit. I had never received the first bill. I paid the bill and then realized that the appointment was for a physical followed up by a second visit for the corresponding blood test. Physicals are free on our insurance plan (as are most). I called BCBS and they said that the bill was not coded for a physical. So I went back to the doctor's office and asked them to look into it.
