The 4 stars is because I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of Dr Estrin. He is very pleasant and he takes his time to explain diagnosis. The reason is not 5 stars is because of the hassle to go through before getting to see him. As an existing patient is always an issue. Staff is extremely rude. I showed up at 12:30 as requested for a 1 pm appointment. At 1:30, I approached the deck and asked what was the holdup. They told me there were three more people ahead of me, so I walked out. The staff was very dismissive. What is the Use of an appointment if it is not kept??
Just left my first appointment with Dr. Howard Estrin and I'm very happy with the experience. Called ahead of time to tell them I was going to be late and I was still able to seen within a timely manner. Dr. Howard Estrin and his staff was very kind. I felt like I was being seen and understood. If I need to see a gastroenterologist again, I would pick Dr. Howard Estrin.
Super professional, careful and very knowledgeable about his specialty. He was the first one to diagnose me and treated my symptoms. I love doctor Howard E. My respect for him.
Waste of time! Everytime waiting for 2+ hours for your appt!!! Nice doctor but the rest is nightmare!
