UPDATE 2025: it’s been 7 years since my last update to this review. I still come to this practice for two reasons, and they are Dr. Chen and NP Valerie Crawford. Both are amazing professionals who actually care about people. I also want to recommend Dr. Eisenberg for delivering your baby. He delivered my 3rd, and was by far, the best. He kept me calm and relaxed while also offering my husband the chance to help deliver his son. I want to start by saying I do not blame Genesis for my miscarriage. What I do blame them for is the serious lack of urgency, communication, and support during one of the scariest moments of my life. I began spotting on a Wednesday night and had a scheduled OB appointment the next day. I saw midwife Olivia May, explained my concerns, and she reassured me that brown spotting could be normal. Dr. Eisenberg was an outstanding OB doctor during my pregnancy. Their expertise and compassionate approach made me feel at ease every step of the way. Dr. Eisenberg listened attentively to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided personalized care that exceeded my expectations. The office staff was also professional and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eisenberg to anyone looking for a skilled and caring obstetrician
