Half the roads around the office were closed and I was a first time client. Ended up canceling my appointment. Also called the office at 7:45 (their Google business profile says they’re open at 7:30) and got no answer. 0/10.
This office will nickel and dime you for everything. Went in for a routine annual exam which is free under my insurance and billed my insurance for multiple other claims leaving me with a bill. Will never go back.
I can never get thru to the office. The phone never works. The girls are nice but too busy of an office. I waited an hr for the dr to find an empty room. When calling Howard braver who is nice the orders never are right to get tests done. 2 times and I am out. Bottom line the right hand does mot know what the left hand is doing. It’s a shame.
