My husband and I were going to purchase a home through d.R horton, however, we had to back out of the sale. Prior to beginning the process of purchasing, we were assured that if anything happened, we would be able to back out of the sale and would be entitled to our $500 of Ernest money back. The homes are priced well, offer competitive interest rates, and come with great incentives. Be sure to give the online sales rep a call before visiting any community, she’ll make sure you’re taken care of quickly and efficiently.
