When you call the office and select warranty issues, it goes to a mailbox which is full and you cannot leave a message. I have left five voicemails in the general mailbox over the past two weeks and not a single person has returned my call.
Update July 2024 part 2: the entire house has a leak. The stucco was never installed properly and the seams do not meet if my insurance does not cover this i will be filling a lawsuit. At this point it's gross negligence and false advertising. Dr Horton is scamjng hard working ppl out of there money and time. Been trying since March to get warranty on windows n no answers on phone or internet..totally ridiculous!! Will someone help me???
Haven't been able to contact Eddie with the warranty department since December 2023 we where supposed to get some work finished that's been pending over a year now
