If I could give zero stars I would. Are they great at being nice to sell you a house? Absolutely. They will call and email and make sure they get the sale and close. Do they care about you after they sell you the home? Absolutely not. I love my town and neighbors , they are great, but dealing with DR Horton has caused me so much stress . The guys they assign your warranty ticket to are the youngest and most inexperienced guys I’ve ever encountered. This by far has been the most annoying and stressful part of owning a home. Having to deal with DR Horton terrible warranty team ( Donna, Mike, Michelle , Chad) that lack basic customer service skills to say the least. From even scheduling them to come out to look at a warranty concern to scheduling repairs it’s a nightmare this is pertaining to the new subdivision Sorrento built on 359 they stress so much during the walk through to submit your warranties and concerns yet few weeks/months done the line when they do come out ... read more
