Do not buy a home from them I’ve put in numerous warranty requests recently for mold that’s been discovered in my house due to poor hvac system which there known for and all I get is a automated email about my warranty expiring last month and there known getting sued for I have a family here in a house full of mold maybe another lawsuit will get them to build decent homes

ZERO STARS if googled allowed it. Do not buy from DR Horton. They can’t be trusted to build a house properly let alone “fix” it per warranty. They will screw you over and allow your home to become overrun with black mold and then try to blame the home owner. If it was the homeowner causing the black mold there wouldn’t be over 30 homes in the same neighborhood with the same problems and black mold in all of those. We recently purchased a new home from D.R. Horton. On the positive side, the home-buying process was seamless and the neighborhood is aesthetically beautiful.
