Not long ago, I bought my house through D.R. Horton, and every time a hurricane passes, water comes in through the floor in my room. I submitted a warranty request, but they never found anything. It’s frustrating to buy a brand-new house and have these kinds of problems — I don’t think it’s good construction.
I feel the houses are built for quantity and not quality. So many imperfections and issues after such a short time.
