DR Horton builds beautiful homes that begin to fall apart within months of move in. Leaky roof, frozen toilet, cracked concrete, sink holes not to mention fallen retaining walls. The list goes on
D. R. Horton made it a great experience & smooth home buying/building process from beginning with my sales agent Daniel Herrin to ending with my builder superintendent Patrick Roaten & everyone in between, it’s been 4 months & I can still call & count on them till date…. I definitely recommend buying through this company… thanks for everything..
I closed on my home almost 4 months ago, and not everything that was promised was delivered. Simple fixes, like neutral cables on switches and ceiling fan supports, were not addressed properly. We bought in a new construction area, so we understand there will be trucks and dirt around. However, if they repair the street in front of your house, they are supposed to clean up afterward, but they don’t.
