On May 28, 2025 we purchased a home in the Shiloh Springs subdivision located in Jackson, TN built by D.R. Horton. They Memphis office is listed as overseeing this sub division. We moved in with excitement and started putting money into the home with landscaping, a fence, closet systems, storm shelter, etc. We had every intention of making this a long-term place to live. The area manager Jay stepped in on a couple of issues I was having problems with getting addressed . He checked on me daily and ensured my issues were going to be taken care of . Jay employees should be thankful for him. He even gave me advice about my house.
DR Horton builds beautiful homes that begin to fall apart within months of move in. Leaky roof, frozen toilet, cracked concrete, sink holes not to mention fallen retaining walls. The list goes on
