Like many here, we paid good money for a DHI express home, closed January 13th 26 and STILL have plumbing issues most resulting from improperly sealed sinks to the counter tops. The list goes on! Can't forget the large bag of trash in my attic I had to clean up with soda cans, a wooden homemade sword ect. Our blue tape was a joke, thank God I hired an inspector, they still tried to cover up anything they could get away with.
