Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Dr. Horton. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I did not receive the level of attention and care I expected. Communication was lacking, and the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider. I was concerned about the company's staffing practices and felt that cost-cutting appeared to take priority over service quality
Martha was such a nice and well experienced personality that we encountered when we were buying our property at Crandall. Her sense for the humor is excellent.
