Honestly if you want to save yourself time, DO NOT USE THEIR lender. Non responsive to calls/texts or emails. Not professional at all. And if you use your own lender, you won’t get all the perks so may as well go with a different builder. Ended up going with San Joaquin and their lender is GREAT!
