DR Horton homes are complete garbage. My house is 4 years old and I've had 3 floods already. Not to mention the layout is shit. Kitchens are incredibly inconvenient and there's practically no storage for anything. DO NOT BUY DR HORTON!!!!!
I will never buy another DR Horton house, bought a house in waterstone Palm Bay just over a year ago and I am still waiting on all my issues to be fixed, they claim that warranty will take care of anything after you close but all they do is avoid you or don’t show up, my master bathroom sink wasn’t installed properly I can literally lift it out without any tools, my dryer has never been able to vent properly even after replacing it with a new one, I have a few door lock strike plates that were not installed properly, there i... read more
