ALL ISSUES RELATED TO THIS STARTED IN MAY OF 2024 (within warranty time period •11/26/24 initially spoke to Rodney to address issue… didn’t hear anything AT ALL •1/9/25 -Dr Horton claims “work was already completed” •1/14/25 - Dr Horton wants to “repair drywall and baseboards” without addressing the ROOT CAUSE AS OF WHY THIS IS OCCURRING. This particular location practiced in "steering". The builder's sales rep receives extra commissions if the buyer goes with the builder's preferred lender. The builder gives closing cost credits to make the builder's preferred lender the obvious choice. They only give the credits to the preferred lender. My client was verbally promised $10,000 in credits for an outside lender because their low level loan officers couldn't get them approved.
