Brought my glasses in to have the nose piece replaced on a pair of expensive silhouette glasses. My lenses had no scratches prior to dropping them off. When I received them back, I noticed scratches on both lenses near where the nose bridge fastens on to the lenses. Called and was told "not sure what you want us to do". Was called back a few minutes later and told that the optometrist had noted the lenses were already scratched before they worked on them. What a load of crap!! will not be returning.

My first impression of this establishment was the receptionist phoning me and lying about my appointment time. The office opens at 8:45am. I arrived a bit early, at 8:52am, to complete paperwork and the door was locked and the closed sign on the door. I knocked on the window to get the receptionists attention, a dog followed her and persistently barked aggressively at me, while the receptionist repeatedly tried to kick the dog back. Terrible service I just needed my eye size measurement off them an they down right said if your not buying off us you won’t give you that information when I’m entitled too that information soo I’d highly recommend not going an they don’t honour native rights you’ll still have too pay $200 when at FYI you pay nothing an your required too give that Information about my prescription id highly recommend finding a new person too handle the calls just so you know
