My first impression of this establishment was the receptionist phoning me and lying about my appointment time. The office opens at 8:45am. I arrived a bit early, at 8:52am, to complete paperwork and the door was locked and the closed sign on the door. I knocked on the window to get the receptionists attention, a dog followed her and persistently barked aggressively at me, while the receptionist repeatedly tried to kick the dog back. Terrible service I just needed my eye size measurement off them an they down right said if your not buying off us you won’t give you that information when I’m entitled too that information soo I’d highly recommend not going an they don’t honour native rights you’ll still have too pay $200 when at FYI you pay nothing an your required too give that Information about my prescription id highly recommend finding a new person too handle the calls just so you know

Exceptional customer service from the ladies (Sue and Dennelle) at the office. My son was in the market for new glasses and they went above and beyond. Greatly appreciated :)
