Staff dealing me as a potential new patient was very uncooperative. I've heard he's a good doctor, but never got through all the obstacles to seeing him.

Dr. Moutapha has been excellent at leading me through three years of medical oversight and testing. He is kind, sensitive, listens and takes the time to explain medical scenarios and my diagnosis. In essense, his work as a cardiologist saved my life and I thank him for that.

Dr Sharan’s demeanor is unpredictable but more and more often we have experienced very unprofessional behavior from Dr Sharan. She has been known to raise her voice on more than one occasion and most recently upset my elderly mother to the point of delirium. Mother began to recover from Dr.Sharan’s tirade after about a week, but I will never take my mother to see that monster again. She has no idea of the harm she’s caused or the damage she leaves in her wake. I hope no one ever treats her as badly as she treats her patients... read more

She may have at one time been a good Cardiologist. She no longer is and is putting her patients well being in jeopardy. Sadly, she does not know the main function of a pacemaker which is to keep the heart beating, not stopping fast or pounding heart beats (AFIB). She enters your medical history records incorrectly and refuses to correct them. Talks bad about other Cardiologist and doctors. Please avoid Heartplace altogether as they are more about being a business rather than supporting their patients well being and their hea... read more

Since receiving the 'red devil' as a chemo in 2012-2013 Dr. Sharan and her team are my go-to experts that I trust for my heart -healthcare. It's difficult to find highly trained female cardiologists let alone double board certified. With the concerns of my family heart history I rely on Dr. Sharan and Ms Preethy to supply me the necessary information, encouragement and medical support for my heart healthcare. Excellent cardiologist. Listens well. Doesn’t rush me like many do when you are on Medicare. Has a helpful staff that is always pleasant to work with. I’m doing great under his care.

Dr. Mark Teng, is terrible, dismissive, does not care. Our mother was transferred via ambulance to Dr. Teng from another hospital for chest pain and extremely high blood pressure. Dr. Teng did NOT evaluate my mother before telling us that 'It isn't her heart that is causing these problems because the bloodwork is fine and shows no sign of heart attack'. He did NOT review the records from the prior hospital before talking with us. If he did review the records afterwards he did NOT tell us his opinions. He told her to double h... read more
