I’ve had a horrible experience with Dr. Hoonmo L. Koo’s office. Every time I call, I only reach the answering service, even though I’m calling during business hours. I’m trying to set up a follow up appointment for my 90 year old mother, who was recently discharged from the hospital, but it’s impossible to get through to the office. The answering service can’t help, and the office doesn’t answer. I’ve been trying every single day—this is unacceptable.
