I have been seeing Dr. Shen for a few years now. He has been extremely sensitive to any condition or concerns I may have. Everything is thoroughly entered into my medical record and documentation is easily accessible.
LOOKS AT THE COMPUTER ALL THE TIME AND DOESN'T TALK TO YOU. IF YOU TRY TO START A CONVERSATION HE IS RUDE. ALSO PULLED HIS CELL PHONE OUT OF HIS POCKET AND ANSWERED A CALL DURING THIS SAME OFFICE VISIT. I FEEL STUPID THAT HE GOT MY $30 AND WHATEVER THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS GOING TO PAY HIM. THE VISIT WANSN'T WORTH 50 CENTS. WHEN YOU ARE TREATED LIKE THAT BY A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER SOMETHING IS VERY LONG. I MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT GIVE HIM MY BUSINESS ANYMORE.
Very passive. Wouldn't let me me finish a sentence without cutting me off and making me feel as though my symptoms weren't real. Brushed off my concerns and focused on an unrelated issue that I've had years ago. He then called me with my test results, waiting until one ring and hung up. My online test results stated that he he called and left a message. I only gave him a shot because I read all of the positive reviews but definitely regret it. I felt worse when I left his office.
