He decides not to take insurance of any kind and instead of letting his customers know in advance of appointments he does the cleaning and the whoever did insurance billing don't know what they are doing. I paid $13 and they want to bill my wife $ almost $300 and then to add insult to injury they are billing us for an adult child. Dr Bell is great. Very dedicated to his patients.
I admit that I am not as diligent with brushing my teeth as I should be. I have spent many an hour with Dr. Bell as a result. He is excellent.
