My mom was on service with this agency. I appreciate the Social Worker’s patience and support during our time of need. The nurse took great care of my mother.
DR Home Health offers services that are illegal and not approved by Medicare. They make promises that are not fulfilled after the contract is signed. They service terminally ill patients, however, their hours of operation is Monday-Friday, 8-5, no weekends, evenings, nor on call staff to assist in emergencies. They do not offer after hour medical help either. They assist terminally ill patients, but, the timeline for service to begin is 2-3 weeks.
