The Doctor is great, the office staff not so much. They are short with you on the phone, that is if you can even talk to them. Routinely get left on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time. Making a future appointment can be stressful and time consuming.I would give Doctor Green 5 stars but her office staff is so abysmal that I can only give 2 because it's bad enough that you need to see a doctor but the staff makes you feel like you're a hassle to them and that makes you less likely to go see your family physician.
