One of the best and her staff is so supportive and friendly
I just switched to Dr Salam after a bad experience with my previous doctor and I'm glad I did! She's incredibly attentive and thorough, and has a fantastic energy going that makes the entire experience even better. I got everything I needed from my first appointment with Dr Salam, my expectations were all met and exceeded, and I will be recommending her to others. Inefficient front desk support staff that really require more training. Could not update my patient record to reflect my current legal name, even after providing both my updated insurance card and photo ID. Took them 30 minutes to try and update, and they still couldn't figure it out. I was asked to self pay and then deal with my insurance company for reimbursement... Doctor is good, you just can't get to her. When you call, no one ever picks up, I call on a Monday and leave a message and get a call back from staff on Friday stating they didn't understand what the other doctor wanted me to have for treatment. It is always this way, usually they call back in two days, but now it is worse and for that I've already found an new PC.
