Recently had my first appointment at this place and had a pleasant experience at this doctors office. The front desk staff and doctor were all very nice and helpful. -AG
I called the office, asking if I could speak with Dr. Hoang Nguyen, and the receptionist replied frantically with a hint of paranoia: "Who are you? What do you want?" As if I was looking to lawyer up or something. Then she said, "The office is closed." As if she's not sitting in the office, taking my call during their usual office hours. I had to go through customer service with my insurance company who put Dr. Nguyen on the line. He eventually just hung up on me in a frenzy. This is the most horrible place offering healthcare that I have ever encounter. The receptionist who claims to be the manager has no manners, she is rude and does. not care for patients. Stay away!
