My first time coming to this office and saw the receptionist screaming at the patient like she is joking in the loud voice. The way she talked to the patient with no respect. I looked at the hallway there's 5 chairs lining up w one after the other patient was sitting & waiting in the hallway. It doesn't look professional. I left the place without seeing the doctor. I rate this place rude, unprofessional...

Recently had my first appointment at this place and had a pleasant experience at this doctors office. The front desk staff and doctor were all very nice and helpful. -AG
I called the office, asking if I could speak with Dr. Hoang Nguyen, and the receptionist replied frantically with a hint of paranoia: "Who are you? What do you want?" As if I was looking to lawyer up or something. Then she said, "The office is closed." As if she's not sitting in the office, taking my call during their usual office hours. I had to go through customer service with my insurance company who put Dr. Nguyen on the line. He eventually just hung up on me in a frenzy.
