I rarely write reviews, but I feel morally obligated to share my experience with Dr. Hoang to prevent others from going through what I did. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism and basic human decency was appallingly absent. Appointments consistently ran late—often by at least 1 hour to over 2 hours —with zero apology or explanation. Dr. Hoang just wants to swipe health cards. Staff unprofessional, rude....no care....for patients. Please don't go there.....me too....
I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this clinic and will not be returning. Both the receptionist and the doctor displayed behavior that I perceived as racist, which is completely unacceptable in any healthcare setting. The doctor was rushed, dismissive, and showed no genuine interest in listening to my concerns, making me question how someone with such poor professionalism and lack of empathy is allowed to practice medicine.
