It was unfortunate that less than a week ahead of our planned trip, I was called to pick up my husband at ER due to his mountain bike accident. It was fortunate though, after waiting for almost six hours there, we got Dr. Do to stitch up my husband’s broken face. The doctor was proficient, thorough and unexpectedly humorous. I broke my nose playing water polo. After El Camino Hospital emergency department said they would not do the closed nasal reduction to put everything back in line, they referred me to Dr. Do. I called Dr. Do on a Sunday before I was even allowed to go home from the ED, he picked up and recognizing the urgency needed so the broken nose don't heal itself permanently the wrong way, he made time for me on short notice the next day at his office even around the holidays. Dr. Do was on-call for emergency surgery when I came into the hospital with a dog bite. He was great at informing me the details about everything he's doing, insuring I was comfortable, and properly cleaned up for the stitches. Dr Do has a great down-to-earth personality, great sense of humor. I was very, very fortunate to have him on-call during my emergency. Thank you, doc. You did an amazing job with patching things up!
He was the best thing that could have happened after my 6 year old hit a coffee table. The cut was on her forehead, bone deep. An ER doctor was willing to do the sutures but we insisted on a plastic surgeon. Thank God we did, because Dr. Do had excellent bed side manner, took time to answer our questions in detail, worked meticulously, and expertly made 4 layers of dissolvable stitches to minimize scarring. We intend to take our daughter to him for any and all follow ups. You are in good hands with Dr. Do
