Expert with a sense of humor I had a thumb injury which required surgery and I was recommended this surgeon by the ER. He is very proficient at his crafT and was able to stitch/set with my injury within an hour. I don't plan on getting my hand cut up again, but if I do I know where I'm going. Thank you Dr. Hoang Do,
It was unfortunate that less than a week ahead of our planned trip, I was called to pick up my husband at ER due to his mountain bike accident. It was fortunate though, after waiting for almost six hours there, we got Dr. Do to stitch up my husband’s broken face. The doctor was proficient, thorough and unexpectedly humorous. I broke my nose playing water polo. After El Camino Hospital emergency department said they would not do the closed nasal reduction to put everything back in line, they referred me to Dr. Do. I called Dr. Do on a Sunday before I was even allowed to go home from the ED, he picked up and recognizing the urgency needed so the broken nose don't heal itself permanently the wrong way, he made time for me on short notice the next day at his office even around the holidays. Dr. Do was on-call for emergency surgery when I came into the hospital with a dog bite. He was great at informing me the details about everything he's doing, insuring I was comfortable, and properly cleaned up for the stitches. Dr Do has a great down-to-earth personality, great sense of humor. I was very, very fortunate to have him on-call during my emergency. Thank you, doc. You did an amazing job with patching things up!
