Dr Hallani assisted mother who has Lewy Bodies Dementia and happy with advice and intervention provided. Referred to clinic by GP as similar issue of hyper, then Hypotension with BP medication. Met other Surgery doctor, Dr Donald at Cardio Ward today after attending Nepean Ed with server hypertension, BP of 222/130 & 122 pulse.Totally unprofessional and made disparaging comments about surgery staff. Never met him because of the horrible secretaries. 8 month wait for first appointment, I got Covid so I was responsible and did not attend. Second appointment was over 11 months from first request, even on waiting list. THEY then cancelled it and moved it to two weeks later, telling me I need a new referral now as it's out of date! I said I'm not paying another $80 at the GP for a referral that didn't even get used - receptionist could not care less and was so rude. Excellent doctor Hillani who looked after my husband so well when he was seriously ill. Now he is my specialist. The surgery waiting room is very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom really exceptional and beautiful.
Absolute joke sent away twice when having severe heart problems was told to go elswhere
