Dr Nikaidoh performed open-heart surgery on me when I was 2 years old. Next month, i turn 45 and my cardiologist says my heart muscle is strong and the patch is still holding up. Thank you
Let me just say this about Dr. Nikaidoh, he is a wiz on fixing little kids hearts and making them work as best they can. Dr. Nikaidoh performed on me 2 PA bandings, A Glenn shunt, a Fontan and my very first pacemaker. He's very familiar with the inside of my chest,as he has spent numerous countless hours in there. Every time he ever had to operate on me, he would explain in full detail what exactly would be going on while he had me in the operating room.
