Dr. Sen is an excellent and caring cardiologist. He is interested in his patients and answers all questions.
I first called with a health concern & since no appointments were avail was directed by Dr Subramanian’s assistant to go to an urgent care. I did & then called back to Dr S. I was given an appt & rather than a CT scan as suggested at urgent care, Dr S put me on a treatment to ease the pain I had. So far so good.
Fast, friendly, efficient, professional staff and doctor!
I miss Dr. M. When our insurance changes I hope to be his patient again. He is knowledgeable, a good communicator and his staff is a professional team.
Dr Sen is great, however his office staff/assistant leaves little to be desired. She doesn't follow through on making surgical appointments, she neglects to mail out lab slips for surgical appointments and she doesn't return calls when a message is left before 2 pm.
This doctor is very uncooperative in fact I'm going to change to a new physician
Dr. Sen is an angel on earth. He started treating my mother in 2009 and I can not express what a blessing he was and has been to our family. He ALWAYS cared for my mother in the most professional and caring manner. He explained everything to my mom and made sure she understood. Please understand, my mother is now 84 years old and I do not believe I would have been able to have her still had it not been for Dr. Sen. He always has the best intentions and follows up with us. I think Dr. Kunz is the best doctor I have ever visited. She spent an hour with us at our initial visit, and was candid, reassuring, and personable. She presented facts, and then included us in making decisions. She answered all of our questions, and was so patient with my granddaughter. I feel very good knowing my granddaughter is established with her and I felt less anxious when I left her office.
I went to Presbyterian Urgent Care, 3630 Las Estancias Dr SW Abq, NM 87121 on Saturday, 02/26/2022. I was complaining of extreme pain in my neck (left side). There is a huge knot and lymph gland is clearly swollen. Vitals taken, and provider assigned was Alemayehu Gebissa Biffa. He asked my symptoms. I described as listed above. He said there were no lymph nodes near ears, but just on neck area. Below the chin. He went on to tell me that my problem was TMJ. He does NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. IT IS NOT TMJ!!!
