I reported a billing error in 2022 only to have another error occur in 2023. A lot of back and forth only to be paid out of pocket but eventually the insurance paid the bill due to paperwork error by the doctors office (again). I ended up going to a new doctor in 2024 and was hesitant in writing this review until the insurance company paid the invoice. Low and behold it must have been done right because it was paid in full with out any issues. Dr. Kohli is a good doctor but not worth the insurance head aches.
Sept 22 - This was my first visit with Dr Kohli for my yearly physical. The Dr was very attentive. I didn't feel rushed which is a nice thing these days. The person who draws the blood failed to draw the necessary blood for one test so I was called in for a second visit. My insurance paid for the initial visit in full but due to this blood work error I was billed for the test. I have been using Dr. Kohli for several years now. I trust her and will continue to use her as long as I can. She genuinely cares about her patients and their overall health.
She's very attentive, listens and also asks probing and detailed questions to help her better understand exactly what is going with you. Sent my daughter, husband and the ladies in my office to see her! Front desk is fabulous also!
I saw Dr Kohl’s for the first time today! She was have very caring doctor. I have been to many doctors in the last few months and she is the first one to really seem to care about my general well-being. It was nice to know I’m not alone when it comes to my health. She actually listens to her paitients and truly care. I’m glad to have found her as my new primary care doctor.
I had the most unprofessional experience with this person. I would not recommend her to anyone. Definitely do your research before finding a doctor to go to.
