Hind Tabit was my physician 12yrs ago. I was diagnosed with Progressive Aggressive Multiple Sclerosis. at that time I was on 80mg a day of Lortabs. I made my required visits and passed all UAs and bottle checks. I was in massive pain daily but I complied with everything.
