The first appointment was informative and had a good experience. The second was rescheduled but I wasn’t notified. Found out on my way there. Hopefully they will improve customer service when I go in next time.
Certainly not happy with how long we have to wait outside office usually 45 minutes to one hour ... then when we go back to room we wait another 30- 45 minutes - the office has no reason why everyone has to wait so long. We came out of the room last time to ask the young ladies at the back desk “did the dr forget about us”, 3 minutes later she showed up. My aunt has painful arthritis and it’s very hard for her to sit that long in those chairs. If it happened only one time I’d give her a break but the last 3 times were awful.... read more
My husband has been seeing her for 8 years or so. She is thorough, asks the right questions, and gets answers for her patients.
This physician, who as said before looks at her computer more than the patient, sees seniors mostly and when a patient leaves papers inside the office, well they disappear. Which I find very hard to believe. I called 3 times and these people are so lazy, including her MAs who are too busy screwing off to do their jobs. I am very very happy to be leaving this area and moving to Dallas because the doctors in tarrant country are a bunch of quacks. I can’t believe that this MCMT physician is so horrible at her job.
