They tell you to come 15 mins before youre appointment and yet you will still wait for over an hour to be seen. Unconsiderate and obviously lacking time management skills

Terrible, incredibly incompetent and condescending. Good luck trying to call the office, their hold times are insane. I complained about the wait after waiting for 2 hours for my appointment and they acted like I was crazy. They were supposed to submit to the insurance to get a med approved, they never did. They ignored my messages and when I finally got through they blamed the insurance company.
