Terrible, incredibly incompetent and condescending. Good luck trying to call the office, their hold times are insane. I complained about the wait after waiting for 2 hours for my appointment and they acted like I was crazy. They were supposed to submit to the insurance to get a med approved, they never did. They ignored my messages and when I finally got through they blamed the insurance company.
At this point I’m giving this office a low rating.. can’t even get in to make a appointment. Staff has been rude every time I try to call.. stay on hold for long periods of time before anyone chooses to answer. Wish I could find a rheumatologist that actually answered
