Dr. Metjian is an excellent pulmonologist, which is what I expect when I see a doctor at Duke. But, she goes well beyond her medical skills. She is very patient. She listens and is compassionate. She takes her time with you and makes sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. She is all, and more, of what a physician should be.
