The Dr is wonderful, however once you need results and or help with billing, you are offered excuses ranging from.."we ran out of paper for fax machine" , or the front desk actually asks you if you have the phone number for an outpatient svc at another facility. The one they referred you to. I was told after a calcium test I had on 6/21 that Baptist is very bad about sending results. I left several messages at ofc. I was told Blanca would call me back.
