Dr Zommer is excellent and very caring but I do agree that her office staff need to be more efficient - it is impossible to EVER reach by phone
The Dr. herself gets five stars but the reception never picks up the phone. Can't make an appointment? How are you supposed to let them know?
If I can put a zero star I would do it
We have been trying to contact this doctor but they won't return our calls or answer our emails. Not very professional.
