Dr. El Kadi and his team are beyond that which I could have ever expected. His team performed my spinal fusion from l4-s1. He assured me I would be walking in three days. I thought he was nuts. I was walking in three days. I followed the rehab procedure. Within 1 month I was driving, 2 months lifting light, 3 months back to work, now almost a year later I'm back to the gym leg pressing 450. I had mixed emotions about having back surgery at the age of 92 but thanks to Dr. Matt El-Kadi and his wonderful team, it was the best decision I have ever made. Prior to my surgery on September 25, 2025 it was almost impossible for me to walk. What a tremendous job Dr. El-Kadi did on my back. At my first meeting, he explained to me what he saw on the MRI and what needed to be done to correct it. He met briefly with me the morning of the surgery as well as the day following the surgery, once again explaining to me what he had done. My original pain is completly gone. The dressing, upon taking it off the first time to change it, had absolutely no markings of any kind on it: no seepage, no blood.
