Worst experience ever!!! Waited months just trying to schedule appointments only to never get a call back. Dr. Dao should have his license taken away because he does not put his patients first. He can't even call in prescriptions that he says he will do, so while the patients suffer he sits back doing nothing but charging your insurance cause money is more important then patients!!!

In order to get a refill on your meds or make an appointment to see Dr Dao the only way is to text his office . Nobody ever answers the phone. If they do by chance they can't properly answer a phone..saying"hello", I have to ask is this the Dr's office?? Closed office in July for 2 weeks note on door. Did not advise patients. No one answers phone drive to niceville note on door closed. No medicne refill Went to er they tried to reach him or nurse no one could be reached in an emergency. Dr. Dao doctor for my Mother in the hospital and you couldn’t have had a better Dr. Very caring he was there every day. We would use him again. He got my mama well.
