He was extremely rude to myself and my parents when explaining my procedure just before going into surgery. He was just as rude for my follow-up appointment. Talks to you and leaves as quickly as possible. He scowls at you when you ask questions, as if you're an annoyance to him. He talks to you in a condescending "I don't wan to be here/lets get this over with/I'm too smart for you" sort of way.
